Individual Sessions

After your FREE initial consultation and free PT taster session, you will have the option of jumping onto whichever of my six payment plans is best for you – each with a slightly different frequency of both sessions and payments.

1-on-1 Prices

My standard client agreement sets a minimum period of 12 weeks for a first-time PT session plan (12 sessions for the weekly plan, 6 for the bi-weekly, 3 for the monthly). Alterations to this can be discussed at the initial consultation, and the plan can of course be renewed afterwards if you are satisfied with the service.

1-on-2 and 1-on-3

To get the benefits of personal training at a reduced price, training alongside one or two other people is a great option! Make sure to add them as a guest when booking your initial consultation, and answer the questions together.

This will work best for groups of people with similar goals and/or circumstances – as the reduced price is due to time and attention being split between you all! While I individualise advice and modifications as much as possible, your workouts and programming will be the same; so making sure they will be as applicable as possible to all of you gets the best bang for your buck!
