If you’re resident outside of the City of Edinburgh or already train somewhere other than PureGym Craigleith, then no problem! I also offer online personal training services to individuals who want to be sure that the training sessions they’re completing in their own time are as effective as possible.
When you sign on to an online PT program with myself, you get access to all of the following features!

Both of my online PT packages begin with an initial consultation; during which we will discuss your goals and preferences, history of health and fitness, barriers faced, and past successes! Based on your objectives and individual circumstances, we will then collaborate on the building blocks of an exercise program best suited to you.
After the initial consultation I will complete your program, based upon on the latest research relevant to your circumstances. To access your completed program, you can sign on to one of the packages detailed below.
My speciality areas are in muscle growth, strength gains, functional movement, and time-efficient training. I also have multiple years’ experience in calisthenics and sport-specific training. If you have a particular focus area or circumstances which are outside of my specialities I will take the time to familiarise myself with the latest relevant research – meaning whatever your objectives are you can be confident we will get you there in the safest and most effective way possible!
Diet and exercise are of course inseparable. If you’re looking to address the quality and or/quantity of what you eat and drink, we’ll work on that together to realise realistic but significant changes. From lived experience, I am also highly aware of how a health-conscious relationship with food can rapidly become a toxic one – if you don’t want to calorie count or cut out all the things you enjoy, you won’t have to!
Packages and Pricing
The cheapest online PT package I offer includes all of the above listed features, other than those labelled as ‘Optional’. In practice this means that after your initial consultation our communication will be via chat only; perfect for those who just want a bit of structure and guidance in their training, but don’t require super in-depth support.
For those who want that extra level of personalised support, then upgrading to the package including online video sessions is a very good shout! These sessions will run weekly (lasting 30 minutes), and will let us discuss in-depth how your training over the past week has been progressing. This package also gets you access to my own custom-made instructional videos on select exercises; perfect for beginners or those who want to improve their technique!
My standard client agreement sets a minimum period of 12 weeks for a first-time PT session plan. Alterations to this can be discussed at the initial consultation, and the plan can of course be renewed afterwards if you are satisfied with the service.

NOTES (Click to Display):
You will be charged for the total number of weeks which are due to begin in the upcoming calendar month. Either £70.00/87.50 for the package without online sessions, or £80.00/100.00 for the package including them – depending upon whether 4 or 5 weeks are due to begin.
